I have been offering telehealth sessions since 2020 and have seen immense benefits for both myself as a therapist and for my clients. These sessions allow for you to log in through my secure online client portal and do the session from the comfort of your own home or office. Telehealth has opened the doors for clients to access services if they live outside of the Orlando area, do not have transportation, or need to schedule a session in a time that is not available for in-office visits. Most clients will receive the same benefits and growth from telehealth sessions that they would from in person sessions, and most of my clients prefer telehealth!
